Refund policy

Return & Replacement is allowed within 15 days from date of purchase along with original invoice. The returned product should be new & in its original condition along with original packing materials, complete accessories, unused/sealed & should be in resaleable condition.

Customer is responsible to obtain technical report from Agents workshop clearly mentioning the manufacturing defect in case the item is found defective within the 1st 15 days from date of invoice for Return/Replacement.

Refund method would be same as the payment method used by customer at the time of purchase, credit card refunds can take up to 15 working days of bank to refund amount back to customers account.

Return or replacement will be rejected in case if customer has signed the invoice upon his approval and agreement to purchase the device in (AS-IS/used) condition with missing parts or damaged condition.

The Delivery fees will not be refunded to the customer in the event of returning or exchanging the product in the showroom.

In the unlikely event that your product is reported to be defective within two (2) days from the invoice date, you can submit a request to return the product that must be in its original packing with full set of accessories and manuals included.

We do not accept return of products which have scratches, damaged as a result of misuse, or malfunction due to wrong voltage connection. At our sole discretion, we may consider returns that do not satisfy the above criteria.

If the product is faulty, damaged, or does not conform to specifications, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair.

Lost products during delivery are eligible for a refund or replacement
